The ideal Hospital Laboratory Manager will meet the following requirements:
BS or Associates Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent.
ASCP Certification Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a medical technologist.
Demonstrated technical competence and supervisory ability.
Proven personal initiative and discretionary judgment.
Ability to operate computer hardware and software.
Good understanding of electronic health record systems, including Laboratory Information Systems.
